I can hardly believe that it’s been one year since we started all this #RockYourLife goodness! Last October, I pushed myself hard to write for 30 days, form it into a book, and film it each day. And I did. And you can still enjoy it for free, before the book comes out, on YouTube, on my personal website, or on The Real Show, as a podcast. It’s so easy, as each day is only about two minutes long!
In the last year, I have personally come a long way, simply through pushing myself. And that’s what makes me continue to rock life: the pushing, through limits and both real and self-imposed barriers, through the “I can’ts” of life. Yeah, it’s hard to gear up and do it sometimes, but even baby steps, consistently, will add up to more than you imagined. I promise. You look back over a year and think, wow, I did that?
So this (R)october, you can resolve to move forward and push. There’s still time to rock this year in a big way. You could very easily condense the 30-day series down to 10-days, even, and knock out some serious change in your life. So why not? What’s holding you back? Most likely, it’s nothing but YOU.
