I don’t really like raisins…. or many nuts…. or lots of stuff, really. I’m an annoying eater. So trail mix usually annoys me because I have to pick around all sorts of stuff. So I omitted what I didn’t like and made up my own, and I am now *officially* addicted. And stuffed, on just a (big) handful!
You can easily customize this to include whatever you choose!
Amy’s Amazing Trail Mix:
• 1 Cup Salted, Roasted Peanuts
• 1 Cups Cacao Nibs or Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 Cup Each:
– Raw Pumpkin Seeds
– Coconut Flakes
– Flaxseeds
– Raw Sunflower Seeds
– Anything else you have on hand that you love! Oat cereal, Hemp Seeds, anything!
Mix and you’re ready to go! BOOM!
